One week and one day after I had my first telephone conversation I was signing my lease for my new apartment. Rob looked at ads and messaged me with ones he felt were a good match for me. He went to the initial viewing, took detailed pictures. He then set up a viewing for the both of us to go together and drove me to it as I had lent my car to my mom while hers was in the shop. He advocated on my dog’s behalf when the landlord was a little iffy and concerned about possible damage so we had another visit where I brought my dog to meet the landlord. The following day we met to sign my lease, which he also drove me to. I would definitely recommend Rob Townsend to help find your new home. He is so friendly, communicates so well, he was very on top of everything and I don’t think there was a day that he did not update me on any information from the landlord and/or other possible listings. 5 stars for sure!
